How
does Cattleana Ranch's Pastured Meat CSA Work?
The Pastured Meat CSA
a monthly program.The CSA share
consists of variety of Cattleana Ranch's pastured meats that you receive once a
month.It is perfect for the family
that wants a variety of quality meats.The
monthly package will include a variety of meats and also a variety of cuts.We will provide you recipes to help you
expand your cooking ideas.These will
include all types:from quick and easy,
to holiday, leftovers, etc.The
monthly package will provide you a 10% discount from our retail piece
price.Your monthly share is
calculated by cost.If you receive
higher prices cuts, you will receive less meat.
Seven (7) months- $900.00 ½ share, 7
months with half the meat - $555.00
When you sign-up for
the Pastured Meat CSA, you will select to pick-up at our pre-scheduled monthly
on-farm hours or at our monthly Tuesday pick-up site in Neenah.

membership is limited.
Membership is on a first pay basis!
How Do I Sign Up And Pick-Up My Weekly Share?
You will be requested to fill out a CSA Agreement form
and pay your share fee. You may make out a check for ½ of the amount at the
time you sign-up and post-date a second check for 3 months later.
Seven (7) months- $900.00 (you will receive $141.40 worth of
Cattleana Ranch meats each month)½ share, 7 months -
$555.00 (you will receive $ 87.20 worth of Cattleana Ranch meats each
month)
On the Agreement form
you will be asked to make some important selections.One of these is the location that you will pick-up your monthly
share.Each month your hand-selected
meats will be at the same location for you to pick-up.
Your choices are:
¨Cattleana
Ranch(Days & times will provided, since
it depends on the month of the year.) –OR
¨Red Radish
Natural Foods, Commercial Street
Neenah, WI – the second Tuesday of each month between 4:00 & 5:30
pm.
What would be in a typical monthly share?
Each monthly share
will provide you a good variety of meats for your family.The share is designed to provide a family of
four an adequate amount of meat for the month, taking into consideration non-meat
meals, leftovers, and non-home eating.We will select the monthly types and cuts and they will vary depending
on our inventory.
On the agreement form
you will be asked to indicate if you want pork or lamb included in your
share and also if you eat nitrite processed meats, such as ham, bacon, and all
beef summer sausage (none of our processed meats have MSG.)These are the only areas that we will always
used in hand selecting your monthly package.

"typical" monthly shares (these are only examples): Monthly share will vary by the seasons and the individual family.
